Y11S3 Launch Map Changes: Defender Setup Impact

The bomb site at 1F Dining Room and Kitchen has been retired and now sits in the Basement. Our 1F setup was built for the old site, so its seventeen markers no longer describe a live objective. Ubisoft calls the surrounding layout work permanent but does not say which rooms it touched, so both 2F setups were re-checked in game rather than assumed intact. The new Basement site, B Art Storage and B Old Office, now has its own setup here, authored on the updated layout. The launch also rotated the Ranked pool: Coastline and Skyscraper came in, and Kanal and Oregon went out. Ubisoft's patch notes do not list the rotation, so it was confirmed in game.
